How to Use This Template

Complete this review every Friday, ideally at the end of your workday. It takes 10 to 15 minutes and creates a running record of your mental performance trends over time.

The goal isn't to judge how the week went. It's to generate useful data about your patterns. You can't optimize what you don't measure.

Part 1: Energy Audit

Rate your average energy level this week (1 to 10).

Morning energy: ___
Afternoon energy: ___
End-of-day energy: ___

What was your primary energy drain this week?

Answer honestly:

• Was I proactive or reactive in my most important relationships?
• Did I avoid any conversations I should have had?
• What did my team need from me that I may not have delivered?
