Private Coaching · SRT | Structured Response Transformation
Six weeks of private coaching for the go-to person who needs to get clear on what’s happening and make the next move.
Using the SRT process: Recognize, Separate, Control, Execute — we’ll work through real situations that you’re facing and build a clearer way to respond when pressure hits.
This may be for you if you’re:
The work centers on situations from your life, so you can apply the process to decisions and pressure you’re dealing with now.
A progression, not a rigid week-by-week curriculum. The coaching adapts to your actual situation.
01
Understand the situation, the emotional interference, and the recurring patterns at play.
02
Examine what you actually know versus what you're assuming or anticipating.
03
Identify your default responses and the patterns that show up for you under pressure.
04
Clarify what's within your control and influence right now.
05
Develop and practice an appropriate next-move plan.
06
Review what you've learned, reinforce the SRT process, and establish a 30-day follow-through plan.
Six private 60-minute sessions.
SRT isn't a one-time process you complete once or something reserved for specific weeks. It's a repeatable methodology applied throughout the coaching — and any time pressure returns.
Want to explore the ideas on your own first? Read the free FADDs of Life framework guide and the EmotionalOS™ quickstart in the resource library.
You’re open to reflection, willing to work on a real situation, and ready to take practical steps between sessions.
This isn’t therapy or crisis support. It’s private coaching focused on clarity, decision-making, and how you respond under pressure.
Six weeks. You receive six private 60-minute coaching sessions, plus the reflection materials and plans that support the work between sessions.
Each session applies the SRT process — Recognize, Separate, Control, Execute — to a real situation you're facing. Between sessions, you'll use your EmotionalOS™ snapshot, Signal, Pattern & Noise map, and FADDs of Life reflection guide to keep the work moving.
Coaching is conducted virtually unless otherwise specified. Scheduling and session details are confirmed directly with you once your application is accepted.
This is coaching, not therapy or crisis support. It's focused on clarity, decision-making, and how you respond under pressure. Coaching is not a substitute for mental health diagnosis or treatment.
You leave with a personalized SRT response plan and a 30-day follow-through plan. Because SRT is a repeatable process, you can run it yourself any time pressure returns.
Coaching is not a substitute for mental health diagnosis or treatment.
Complete the short application. I’ll review it and reach out about whether the coaching experience looks like a fit. Applying doesn’t commit you to coaching.
