About
When life gets hectic, I help the go-to person stay focused and stick to the plan. Not motivation. Not theory. A system for cutting through the noise when everything's pulling at you.

For the first 17 years of my career, my focus was simple: help organizations deliver successful technology initiatives.
Like many IT leaders and project managers, I viewed success through the lens of strategy, execution, systems, and change management.
As my career progressed, my perspective changed.
I became increasingly interested in what was happening beneath the projects themselves and how pressure influenced decision-making, why capable people began to overthink, and how mental noise quietly disrupted performance.
That same curiosity shows up in my creative work. I express what I see through Barz. I use those Barz to expose patterns. I help people recognize those patterns in themselves and Structured Response Transformation (SRT) helps them decide how they’re going to respond.
That thinking led me to develop the FADDs of Life™ framework, Structured Response Transformation™ (SRT™), and EmotionalOS™ practical tools for recognizing mental noise and responding to pressure with greater clarity.
Today, I help the go-to person cut through the mental noise so they can stay focused and stick to the plan.
I bring 17 years of experience leading technology programs, organizational change, and high-performing teams and now apply that experience to helping people and organizations continue performing when life gets hectic.
“You don’t have a capability problem. You have a noise problem. And that’s something we can cut through.”
